Vision

We believe that strong collaboration is essential for development. We develop together: student, parent, school, and community. We do not see this as optional, but as a necessity. We want students, parents, and staff to be aware of their role and importance in society and the value they bring to it.

Together, we are responsible for upholding the desired norms and values. We achieve this by maintaining positive contact with each other, leaving room for building resilience.

 At our school, we continuously work on strengthening our professionalism and, in doing so, improving the quality of our education. Our ongoing goal is to develop the following points:

1. Pedagogical approach
   We connect with students, show genuine interest, provide clarity and structure, are positive but also set boundaries. We express high expectations and act consistently in line with them.
2. Meaningful education
   Learning takes place inside and outside the school, in every situation. Students understand why they are learning what they learn with us. We involve current events and the surrounding environment to make the lesson content close to societal realities. To align with students' interests, they choose a path in the lower secondary: Green, Discover, Arts, or Sports.
3. Personal leadership
   Our students and staff are (mentally) resilient. We know that setbacks are part of the learning process and life, and we come out stronger. We expect everyone to be able to weigh what is good for others, the environment, and themselves. Therefore, sustainability is also central to our education.

During the first few weeks of the school year, we lay the foundation for effective collaboration throughout the rest of the year. We consciously work on building relationships between students, mentors, and parents during this period—for instance, through the introductory week and initial meetings.
